I love you

When is the last time you ever told someone that you love them and really meant it. Teenagers often throw that pharse around like it is nothing. You stay in a relationship for a week and already have misused the pharse. Once the relationship is over, you are quick to find someone else to tell you the same thing. There is a pattern to the guys or girls we choose, so it is up to us to break that cycle. Situations such as these are no different when we get older, unless we put a stop to it now. It feels good to have someone there for you and tell you those magic words "I love you." It actually gives you goosebumps (depending on who it is coming from). The bible say we should love one another 1 John 3:11. Love must be sincere. Hate is what is evil; cling to what is good. Romans 12:9. Love never fail..1 Corinthians 13:8. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrong. Love does not delight in evil but rejoice in the truth. It always protects, always
trust, always hopes, always preseveres. 1 Corinthians 12:4-7. This is how we should love. Those words should not be taken lighten or used by misleading young adults into luring themselves into doing things they may regret. Love, but share the love that God has for us!
